Install Skype on Ubuntu 13.10

This is how I installed skype on my Kubuntu 13.10 system –

  1. Open bash/Konsole
  2. Run: sudo add-apt-repository “deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc) partner”
  3. Run: sudo apt-get update
  4. Run: sudo apt-get install skype
